作品のみ送付で参加される方向けのエントリーフォームです。カーショーのみ参加可能となります。返却用の住所氏名と、カーショー台数を入力して送信してください。
Entry form for those who will ship MOCs. Car Show only. Input your name and address for shipping back and number for Car Show.
作品は4月17日までに必着となります。
Your parcel must be arrive until April 17.
